Good: The quality is good actually used more than one hair dresser nail gals are more professional and cust oriented the owner is very nice but needs control of her hair dressers. Bad: The hair dressers are very unprofessional team Hair dressers not busy stand around taking to hair dressers with clients using bad language talking on cell phones and client are trying to relax and get home We dont need to know details of salons babies who died etc. Improvements: more professional environment client and hair dresser only at stations not wasting customers time. Other: priced well appears clean.

I have just been to Michelangelo Hair House for the first time. I had the most amazing experience there! The people are so friendly and accomodating and my stylist, Laura, not only did a terrific job with my color and haircut but she was easy to talk to and she really listened to what I had to say. It's a full service salon and I am looking forward to going back there for more good stuff.

I had a bad experience at Michelangelo's. I was supposed to go to one of their hairdressers and scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance. Lo and behold, their receptionist calls me on what turned out to be the stylist's last day and tells me she won't be working there anymore and suggested that I come in and see someone else. I believe she knew about this well in advance because I believe the stylist would probably have given notice just to remain on good terms with them, and they put me in a position where I would have to see just anyone without having first seen this person's work. Someone at an upscale salon should know better. When I called back, their answering maching picked up saying that they were busy but did not list their hours, which would have been a good business practice as well. Since they were such bad business people, I can only imagine what else they would foul up, and I found somewhere else to go.
